Terms of Service

1. About Filtago

Filtago ("Company", "we", "us") is an AI-powered business automation platform that provides chatbot and automation services for e-commerce businesses. Our services include WhatsApp automation, Facebook Messenger automation, website chatbot, and order management tools.

2. Eligibility

To use Filtago's services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a registered business owner or authorized representative
• Have a valid Facebook Business account (for Messenger/Instagram features)
• Have a valid WhatsApp Business account (for WhatsApp features)
• Agree to Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policies

3. Services Provided

Filtago provides the following services based on your selected plan:

• WhatsApp Bot (৳3,499/month): AI-powered WhatsApp Business automation — up to 500 messages/day
• Messenger Bot (৳3,499/month): Facebook Messenger automation with comment reply — up to 500 messages/day
• Website Bot (৳3,499/month): Website chat widget with AI — up to 500 messages/day
• Full Bundle (৳9,999/month): All channels combined — up to 1,000 messages/day

4. Payment Terms

• Services are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is accepted via bKash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months of service
• Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Filtago's services to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk promotional content
• Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy or Facebook Platform Policy
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Collect data from users without proper consent
• Impersonate other businesses or individuals
• Send content that is harmful, offensive, or violates applicable laws

6. Meta Platform Compliance

Our services operate on Meta's platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining compliance with Meta's Business and Platform Policies
• Obtaining proper consent from your customers before messaging them
• Ensuring your business is verified with Meta where required
• Any violations of Meta's policies that result from your use of our services

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance)
• Meta API changes or outages (outside our control)
• Force majeure events

We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

8. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of all your business data and customer data
• You grant Filtago a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services
• We do not claim ownership of your customer conversations or order data
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

9. Intellectual Property

All Filtago platform technology, AI models, workflows, and branding are owned by Filtago. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell our platform or technology without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Filtago's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding month. We are not liable for:

• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Losses due to Meta API changes or platform restrictions
• Fake order losses (our detection system reduces but cannot eliminate all fake orders)
• Customer data breaches caused by your own systems

11. Cancellation & Termination

• By You: Cancel anytime by contacting us. Service continues until end of paid period.
• By Us: We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp for significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation first, then through the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
